Who we are

Thrill is a small, local firm rooted in Winnipeg, bringing nearly two decades of professional experience in city planning and urban design.
With a foundation of work inside the City of Winnipeg and training in urban design, we offer both technical insight and creative vision for how Winnipeg can thrive.

We are led by a Master of City Planning graduate, fully credentialed as an RPP (Registered Professional Planner) and MCIP (Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners). Together with our partner architect, landscape designers and other professionals, this gives our clients confidence that their projects are in skilled, experienced hands.

Andrew Ross, RPP, MCIP has a strong passion for designing buildings, sites, and outdoor spaces that add vibe and vitality. Andrew was a planner at the City of Winnipeg for 16 years including Senior City Centre District Planner. Prior to the City, Andrew was a planner at the Province of Manitoba and a Manager at Canadian Mental Health Association. Andrew obtained his Masters in City Planning from the University of Manitoba in 2010.
